Angry Parents Lead To Ban Of Football Drill

Some drills conducted during a youth football team's practice session sent two players to an emergency room and left some local parents outraged.

The parents called the drills abusive and blamed the team's coach. Teresa Arnold said the drill bordered on abuse.

"It's assault on my child," Teresa Arnold said, "(The players hit) from the side, from the back, knocking him down."

Arnold's son, Cody, is back on the practice field after being injured in Monday's drill. Another player is still sidelined with his arm in a sling.
